Got a touched on 03/03/10 for AOS, EAD, AP... but still waiting for the hard copy of NOA1 of I-485.. wonder if it got loss in the mail or it's just a normal delay... waiting for biometrics appointment letter too. :wacko:

All this waiting is enough to drive a sane person crazy and a crazy person mad...lol! :wacko:

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

This may seem like a stupid Q, but whats next?? Got NOAs for everything and done biometrics... no updates on USCIS.. what happens now???

Eek. waiting and waiting.. just now not sure what im wating on (hopefully not RFE's!)

Pretty much your just waiting on either a transfer to CSC or an interview appointment letter. I think if you were going to get an RFE that you probably would have by now....that's just me thinking that though and not for sure! :D

It's hard to say what exactly is going to happen and in what order...however from what I've read on here if you get transferred to CSC you USUALLY get your EAD and AP approved before your GC and without an interview. If its not sent to CSC then I THINK you will have your interview before you get your EAD/AP...if i'm not correct, please, someone tell me!!! As for what you need at the interview, again from what I've read they will want to see things showing you have a bonafide relationship...that would be things like joint rental/mortage paperwork on your house or apartment, joint bank accounts, joint bills like electricity, gas, water...etc. Pretty much anything that will show them that you are incorporating your lives.

Hello, fellow February filers! I need your advice on this one... Yesterday, I received a RFE from USCIS asking me for my Form I-693. But the problem is, I already SUBMITTED the I-693 (in a sealed envelope) along with the rest of the documents in the packet that I sent them. Why are they requesting me for the I-693? Did they lose it while going through my documents? :angry: :angry: :angry: What should I do? Good thing I have a copy of the I-693 that the Civil Surgeon gave me...

Still no touches.

I have a feeling they're just being lazy and not scanning in the barcodes when they touch it... I should have a bio letter on the way according to you guys' timelines.
