I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Ah, memories of K-1. The online status check was USELESS to me. I kept getting surprises in the post (NOA2, etc.) while our status remained unchanged.

:lol: I'm trying my best not to call my hubby today and check on the mail. Our mail carrier is like clockwork with delivering between 2:00 - 2:15 everyday so there really isn't any reason for me to call.....other than to bug my hubby...lol!

And my I485 it is still in acceptance only...

I am in the same situation, nothing since Feburary 26th.. not even a biometric appointment.. I am about to go and bit someone up at the USCIS office, I bet they playing cards online instead of working.. :angry:

so i was dumb today....really dumb. made wes's breakfast (egg/cheese burritos) and had the pot on the counter with half the eggs still in it (while i was rolling up the first one) and it started to fall......so I caught it. Now my pinkies are both burning and I have nothing at home except water and advil to try to help with the pain. Can't goto the store cuz I can't get out of my parking lot (no clicker). I feel so stupid and miserable.

My grandmother's remedies... tomato for the burned area.. to avoid blisters, rob the burned area on your hair [gently of course] that is not my granny it was a friends [actually last night] who was telling me she got burned last week and the hair avoided the blisters.. but, I don’t know if is true.. you tell us later, LOL

As for the USCIS online check, my k1 didn't show up till it was approved, it still says pending, and my EAD and AOS didnt show up until today after I got my biometrics done on tuesday. Sometimes they are so not with their own procedures. When I called to enquire about the online stuff a couple weeks ago the lady told me its a courtasy service (so basically, don't complain because they dont HAVE to let you see it) which irritated me a bit.

I know that you are joking but I'm fairly sure they work an a paperless environment. After removing the check(s), they probably scan all documents in a standard order and keep them digitally.

I also think they're scanned, but they definitely also deal with paper (at your interview they will literally have your entire paper case file from what I hear).

I'm getting really impatient... it feels like it's been forever since something happened. Come on little USCIS letter, find your way to me...
