Welcome to the club! I'm up early checking the boards real quick before I dash out to my bio appt. found out the place is only about 10 min from where I live, so its not too bad :lol:

Oh btw, the sound of parrots in the morning is wierd.

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

03/05/10: Received NOA1 for I495, AP and EAD (says it was done 3/2/2010)

03/12/10: Received NOA2 Biometrics letter. Appointment date: 03/22/10 (letter notice date: 03/08/10)

03/17/10: Received email/text message stating that CASE SENT TO CSC ON 03/16/10

03/26/10: Received notice AP has been approved and a notification has been mailed to me.

03/31/10: Received notice for EAD production

Yup, hopefully and I'll finally be able to go back to Peru with her...I want to visit my sick grandmom and shes missing her family alot...its sad to see her cry sometimes missing them...

I wish it would but for a person that has been very close to her family and raised with value of being close to each other and all its just something that it will take alot of time... we will also work on bringing her dog during this year... i know.... shes a very sensitive girl... but she's studying english hard and already wants to work so thats a good sign.

I can't wait for boston to stop being brown and icky. and grey squirrels just make this weird taunting sound. At least when there's foliage, I can pretend they are monkeys :lol:

Yeah some people released their pet parrots outside years ago so now we have wild parrots down here. They squack something aweful.

Biometrics went well, Wes wasn't allowed inside with me, and they had me talk to an immigration officer because my last name in my passport is different from the letter (cuz its my maiden name on the passport and my married name on the letter) so she had to check over my marriage license. Was in and out in 20 min though, and everyone was really nice.
