QUESTION..

It says in the USCIS page that acceptance step takes 2 days since they receive.

They receive mine in 23rd and today it is 26th and my I-485 it is still in this first step. (I-130 and I-765 are in initial review)

Is there anybody that had this kind of "problem"? Do you think I will have some RFE or maybe they just did not updated?

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

I wouldn't worry about it just yet.....the timeframe they give on the USCIS site is usually just an estimate. It took them 3 days to change ours from received to Initial Review and it's been on that status now for 2 days.

i got an email saying my AOS was received, and my checks were cashed on 2/26. I tried to check my status online, and it didn't take any of the case numbers I had. Does anyone know how long it takes before I can check that? Because I got an email saying I need to wait for I-797 (confirmation back) before I can check my status online. :wacko:

It took 2-3 after we got our email before we could view the cases online. Yours should show up in the next day or two I would think... :thumbs:
