I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

It's weird, but I felt so keen to get these letters, even more in a way than the K-1 petition approval because it was such a long wait. Of course nothing compared to waiting for the consulate interview! that was real agony :wacko:

Did you recieve the NOA's today in the mail? What is the NOA date on them?

A touch is when they update the date on their system. You can see this by making an account and attaching your MSC#'s to it. You will be able to see the last date updated, a touch is when that changes and could mean anything from them working on your petition to moving it from one building to another.

A "touch' is when the "Last Updated" column on the USCIS case status website changes. For example, on our case status this morning it showed the last update was done on 2/24/10. I just checked it a few minutes ago and we'd had a "touch" because now the last update shows as 2/26/10. Nothing else had changed, the status was still on Initial Review so I'm thinking that maybe they sent out our biometrics letter.

Ok.. Mine for I-485 it is still in accepted only... And I-765 and I-130 it is Initial review.

DANU... All 3 NOA's says received date: 02-16-10... Notice date: 02-23-10. But it came to my mais today (02-26)
