I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Whoop whoop, got all our NOAs and biometrics!!!!!! Though biometrics is three weeks away! (19th march) anyone know if it is worth while to try and get it done any sooner??? will it speed up EAD????

I do think so. My process was frozen from the day they sent the bio letter to the day after I did it.

I'm sorry but I believe your problem is a little bigger than a RFE. You must have a citizen (maybe a resident) meeting 125% of the poverty line amount for the size of your household or a company sponsoring you.

isn't i-864 a part of i-485 (requirement)??? I heard u can be ur own sponsor but they still need that form with info....

Yeah, the I-864 is being filed by my wife, who is a US Citizen.

The instructions specifically state that you can use your spouse's income if they are the intending immigrate (me), and we're well above the poverty line :)

I can't speak from experience, only from what I've read on here but it seems they are fairly quick to send them out and they resume the processing fairly fast as well. Again, this is just from reading others instances and not personal experience so please don't take it bad if I'm wrong...lol! I'd hate to have you coming after me for saying this and then it not be accurate...hehe!
