I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

20 Feb 2010 - NOA1 AOS/EAD (hard copies) - notice date for both is 16 Feb 2010

27 Feb 2010 - Biometrics A. Letter Arrived (schedule: March 19)

10 Mar 2010 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics (schedule was: March 19)

10-11 Mar 2010 - two touches on both cases after my walk-in Biometrics

26 Mar 2010 - Received the notice in the mail requesting to appear in an interview

15 Apr 2010 - EAD Card production ordered notice received via email

16 Apr 2010 - EAD touched again

21 Apr 2010 - EAD touched (post-decision activity)

22 Apr 2010 - EAD touched

24 Apr 2010 - EAD card in the mail

lol, I think it's funny how the January filers pretty much all did their biometrics appointment when it was scheduled, while us February filers pretty much ALL went early :D (peer pressure? haha)

:blush: I think we'll be one of the few Feb filers that will go whenever our appointment is. The office we need to go to is on the complete opposite side of town from where I work and we live and its not an easy area to try and give my hubby directions to get there on his own. So, I'll take some time off of work so I can go with him and having a firm date works better when asking for the time off. I WISH we could go early but we'll see how long they have us waiting..hehe...might change my mind once I see the appointment date..lol!

I havn't heard anything about my petition yet. I didn't get a tracking thing so I'm not sure if it's there or not.

Do everybody get transfered to a CSC? I am wondering if the same happens for I-130.

Not everyone does, it depends on the area you are from, among other things. Im not sure if I-130's get transferred, I know that usually, for example, that people in California almost all end up with interviews simply because of the state of immigration here.

As for the biometrics, it was only a 2 week wait so I didn't really think going in super early would make too much (if any) difference.

OK People, Educate me please..

AOS presented and received. Already in progress..... What involvement has the CSC with the AOS/EAD/AP? why would a submission be forward to them rather than staying where it was originally presented?

Now I am totally confused in who, what, why and how things work..
