Lol yeah I know. I looked at the January Filers, only 2 have gotten their EAD so far. One in 23 days and the other in 41 days. A few have their interview dates scheduled already, looks like they are in around the 60-90 days from NOA range, dependant on the service center of course.

Our EAD estimates right now say right around the beginning of April, so getting it in March wouldnt be too bad.

I've added a ton of new timelines to the January spreadsheet - I noticed that a lot of people were visiting our thread but hadn't posted so I took the liberty of adding them (hopefully no one would mind). I went through the VJ timelines and added the ones who update their timelines.

So the infopass was not helpful and if I could say a bit of a waste of time. All they could say was the they do not have my file and do not have access to anyone beyond that office ( no special phone line to the powers that be!) that we were the second persons in the office for the type of RFE. Thier suggestion to us was to send the reciept that my DH received from the panel physical in London and a letter explaining how the medical should be an envelope dropped at the POE and that we do not need one at stateside. UGH! I will still follow the congressman route as well just in case they are not happy with my letter writing. Also I think the CS found the DS form that was handed to her for the transcription so I may want to send that with the letter and reciept. The DS form that my DH received is a page long with mainly the vaccinations on it. But I know that physical was more than that. So I do not know if sending that in will help or not? This process hurts my head!

I actually did the exact same thing! I included a copy of the receipt from my overseas medical as well as a cover letter explaining that K-1s don't need another medical since the overseas one was still valid. We did have my vaccinations transcribed to the I-693 by a Civil Surgeon though (he also insisted that I get the TST done).

I'm pretty confident that it'll be the same way for the February filers *sending good thoughts to all of you*

My husband and I are preparing for our interview... I alternate between wishing the days would go by faster so we could get it over with and then wishing time would go slower because I want to make sure that we have everything for the interview. LOL.

I think I'd be the same way....just wanting it all done and over with but then wondering if I'm forgetting anything...lol!

Hi, did you get any "touch" in your I-130 or I-485 after the biometrics? I haven't yet.

I checked USCIS just now and my online status for I-485 is available. Hope you have the same

It means the date last updated has changed. The date that shows there (you can only see it when you make an account to track it) is a date they have done something with your file. They have to scan your file every time they move it or work on it, so touches can be for a few things, but it gives you an idea that at least someone has seen your file and done something with it, even if all they did was pick it up from one building and moved it to another
