Im still hoping after my biometrics next week that my cases show up online. Im terrified I'm going to get an RFE and have no headsup about it coming.

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Just got my email and text message confirmation from USCIS! At last! But I hope the hard copy will arrive very soon this week. My husband and I are scheduled to move to another state and we are hoping to have my biometrics appointment in our new home state. I hope everything goes smooth...

AOS Timeline

02/11/10 AOS, EAD and AP filed

02/23/10 NOA1 notice date

02/27/10 NOA1 hard copy received

02/26/10 change of address

03/03/10 ASC appt at local office on 03/18/10

03/09/10 Case transferred to CSC notified thru email

03/16/10 Received notice thru email (2nd time) & hard copy that CSC has rcvd application

03/17/10 (one day early as scheduled) Biometrics done

04/28/10 card production ordered for EAD (on document production status) and AP (post-decision act)

04/30/10 touch again for AP (post-decision activity)

05/04/10 received AP in mail

05/11/10 another touch on EAD & email received from USCIS stating card production ordered

05/22/10 EAD in mail... FINALLY!

08/12/10 AOS touch...

09/09/10 AOS touch...

09/10/10 called USCIS and got a service request for AOS application...

09/13/10 email and text notification... AOS APPROVED and card production notice at the same time!!!

09/20/10 received green card and welcome letter in mail.... at last!!!

Citizenship

11/07/13 sent N-400

11/13/13 NOA received

12/16/13 biometrics done

02/12/14 interview (approved)

Our online status remained in "pending" throughout our entire K-1 . . . we only learned of updates to our K-1 through the post.

You know what, I worry about this, too.

Our online status remained in "pending" throughout our entire K-1 . . . we only learned of updates to our K-1 through the post.

My case never showed up until the day they approved it, but they didnt change it to approved, they just left it as pending...I think thats the most annoying part is you have no way to track whats coming because even on the phoneline it says my case doesnt exist...not sure if I should try to get through to someone and ask about when/if they will show up or to mention it at my biometrics.

fpf - depending on when you are moving I would make sure you update them asap on your move as they usually schedule and send out the biometrics within a couple days of your NOA.

Well, I should complain more often, I just received email notifications, 6 to be exactly with 3 different MSC #s [LOL]

That gives me some peace of mind...

Hi everyone, I am join the February Club, not sure if I should :dance: or :crying: LOL

Send my package via USPS and was deliver on Tuesday February 16th [Long Weekend of course]. I been reading and most postings have have received notification via email or text a few days after being delivered.. Even thou I am going nuts I am not going to get paranoid again [K1 process was sufficient, lol].. I send all the necessary forms including the electronic notification form but until today, nothing

To today, no notification or check being cashed. For the first time, I look at my account hoping the money was withdrawal [what an irony].. Hope I can get good news soon.

I just called USCIS cuz I was going crazy. Had to be escalated to see the file, they say its still in pending, no RFE showing yet so I guess thats good news.
