I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Hi, everyone! Looooong time no see! B-)

Haven't been on this forum since I went to the Philippines in July for almost 1 month. Just would like to share with you that I had a HORRIBLE experience at LAX when I returned (They had put me in the "Secondary Inspection" area for ALMOST 2 HOURS even if I had my Advance Parole document at that time! Grrrr!). :angry: :angry: :angry: Last week, I called USCIS to inquire about my status, and now, I've just received an e-mail from them stating that they're sending me a RFE!!! WHAT COULD THEY POSSIBLY REQUEST FROM ME THIS TIME AROUND?!? :ranting:

Anyway, I'm very happy for those who've been approved already! CONGRATULATIONS, guys and gals! :dancing:

Received my green card last Monday on the mail... expires 2012. Finally!!! So now, taking a break from USCIS until May or June of 2012... Hope to hear from you all then! To those who got approved, congratulations! And those still waiting, just be patient.. everything will be in place at the right time... God luck everyone!

02/23/10 NOA1 notice date

02/27/10 NOA1 hard copy received

02/26/10 change of address

03/03/10 ASC appt at local office on 03/18/10

03/09/10 Case transferred to CSC notified thru email

03/16/10 Received notice thru email (2nd time) & hard copy that CSC has rcvd application

03/17/10 (one day early as scheduled) Biometrics done

04/28/10 card production ordered for EAD (on document production status) and AP (post-decision act)

Good Morning All..

I called USCIS yesterday and was told that I have to be 30 days outside the processing time before I can request a Service Request. So they told me to call back after October 15th if I do not hear from them. This is BS. I do have some hope seeing some people with timelines like mine finally get approved. The Lady did mention something about an Interview but it was just a General Statement. SMDH

I finally received the 2nd RFE from USCIS. Apparently, my fingerprints "have been rejected twice as illegible" that they need me to get a letter from the sheriff's office stating that I have "no criminal record". Grrrr!!! I am SO MAD right now!!! Why are they making this process so hard for me?!? :ranting:

Well today we received our Interview letter in the mail...I thought we were in the clear because we were transferred to CSC in March but I guess not. Our interview is on 10/27/10 at 8:30 am in Baltimore. Wish us Luck. Can anyone tell me what I should look forward to. Thanks a bunch

Interview IS DONE!! Our interviewer was awesome! We got chosen to complete a written form about each other. We went in the interview together than seperated. The form we had to complete was about 6 pages and asked detailed questions about our lives togther, family, finances, type of soap we used, etc. It was about 80 questions. We then had to answer a few verbal questions. Our answers were compared and the interviewer said she had never seen a couple that answered all the questions the same. We had the same answers to all the questions! I was a little worried my husband may not know things like the dates of births of all of my children or grandchildren put he was right on the money! Our card productions has been ordered!

God's speed to all those who are still waiting and we hope your interviews are as easy as ours was!
