Hey everybody!

I'm a Feb filer also but haven't posted anything so far. Was just reading the posts.

I filed on Feb 24th (NOA 1 date), got an RFE (USCIS misplaced my medicals... :angry: ) and had my case transfered to CSC on April 29th. On June 28th I received an email with the "Card production ordered" notice. After 1 week (July 6th) I received the Welcome Letter and today (July 12th) I got my Green Card in the mail!! :lol:

Just to let you know that CSC is back to work (apparently)...

Hope other CSCs get their GC soon!!

Hello Everybody i received my Green Card today,Interview was on June 24,2010 and card production was ordered on June 30th.So it wasnt bad it only took 12 days to receive the crad,I was affraid it may take atleast a month or more....Good Luck guys thank u for all ur help and support....see u in 2012 :).

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Congrats to everyone who have gotten their approvals. Boy, I am sure you can agree that this porcess is horrible but got to do what we got to do.

I have a question: This is the email I got today

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was

transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was

transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified

by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If

you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online

tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service

center at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status

Hello Feb filers!

We took the EAD card to the SS office yesterday and that was probably the easiest part of this process so far! lol...card to come in 7-10 days.

I sent a signed Privacy Release form to my congresslady liason today. She is going to get on the Chicago office to see what the delay is in approving the adjustment. Three months ago they said "30 days for a decision" ....well, lets move on already!

Good luck to everyone finishing up...did i read LIz was touched? oh la la

So to all the CSCs transfers, our day is finally here! I am sure you all will be hearing the same any day now.

Congrats. I hope we're next. Today is Day 170 since filing. We haven't heard a peep in months. At Day 180, we will call USCIS, as that seems to be the earliest that they will listen to an inquiry about the delay.

My wife has been able to get by with the EAD and AP, though the AP has delayed her as much as an hour and a half at the airport when arriving back from abroad, as CBP sends her to secondary inspection, where she has had to wait in line behind several other people there. Meanwhile, the people with GCs speed through just like us USCs.

12/31/2009 Married in the U.S. on K-1 visa

01/28/2010 received copy of marriage certificate (what a delay!)

02/01/2010 AOS (I-485/I-765/I-131/I-1145) package sent to USCIS via FedEx (Day 0)
