well i have not posted before but once, but Im going to say that if is not for all I read in this forum i wouldnt be as happy as Im today and probably I was not going to be in USA anymore.

I filled in Feb and had some delays sending my RFE but i sent it and they received it the last day of the 87 days they gave me it was 6/24/2010 when day got it and today i got the e-mail telling me that my EAD was send....

thank u all very much and lets keep praying for those (or should I say us) who still are in this crazy waiting game

07/09/10 - TD received... Almost buy a ticket hehe (day 127)

07/15/10 - interview letter received for 08/16/10

07/15/10 - E-mail EAD sent WAITING... (day 113)

08/16/10 - Interviewed AND APPROVED!!!! (Day 144)

08/20/10 - Email and Text telling card was send

08/26/10 - Green Card Recieved!!!!

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

I am calling them USCIS on Monday. We have been waiting for months. Our case was transferred to CSC and has been there at least 4 months and that is there processing. I can not see any reason why they would deny us. My husband has been working with his EAD almost shortly after he got it, I hope they did not lose our package.

2/1/2010- AOS , EAD. AP Mailed via USPS priority mail

2/3/2010- Received - via USPS delivery tracking

2/9/2010- Check Cashed

2/9/2010- NOA 1 Received for 131, 765, 485

2/17/2010- Received letter for biometrics

2/19/2010- Completed biometrics via early "walk in'

2/22/2010- Touched on I-765, 48

2/24/2010- Case transferred to CSC

4/2/2010 Card Production Ordered for I-765, AP touched (Yea!!)

4/8/10- Approval notice for I-765 sent via email/ AP touched

4/10/2010 Received AP.

4/12/10 Received EAD-

7/6/10 Contacted USCIS because now Outside normal processing time

7/23/10 Got RFE asking for proof of legitimate marriage- 1page and 1/4 of proofs

8/23/10 sent off RFE response via Expressmail

8/24/10 Received by CSC

USCIS has no clue what they're doing.

Called to check on our application and was told that the 4 month processing time noted on USCIS website for I-485 is for work related cases only. When asked what the processing time was for family based- I could not get an answer and was told that no one would be able to tell me. Our application was transfered to the California Center on Feb 25,2010. Our case recieved on 02/11/10 at USCIS. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so what did you do. Those people are crazy!!! :angry:

Hmmmmm, from what I've seen on the USCIS site as far as processing times it's taking about 6 months to approve GC's right now. I sure as he!! hope it's not a year! :angry:

Hey everybody!

I'm a Feb filer also but haven't posted anything so far. Was just reading the posts.

I filed on Feb 24th (NOA 1 date), got an RFE (USCIS misplaced my medicals... :angry: ) and had my case transfered to CSC on April 29th. On June 28th I received an email with the "Card production ordered" notice. After 1 week (July 6th) I received the Welcome Letter and today (July 12th) I got my Green Card in the mail!! :lol:

Just to let you know that CSC is back to work (apparently)...

Hope other CSCs get their GC soon!!

Hello Everybody i received my Green Card today,Interview was on June 24,2010 and card production was ordered on June 30th.So it wasnt bad it only took 12 days to receive the crad,I was affraid it may take atleast a month or more....Good Luck guys thank u for all ur help and support....see u in 2012 :).
