*dropping in to say hi to all the Feb filiers! Hey liz and cammie!

We are still in AOS limbo~ we had the interview mid April, it did not go well at all, and were told 30 days for a decision. My husband decided to return to his country. I couldn't make him stay, he preferred to leave. So for the last 2 months he has been in Jordan and I'm trying to hold down the homefront.

JACKIE!! Hey girl! Wow, how on earth have you been making it through 2 months without your hubby?!! You're like Wonder Woman. (F)

So happy to hear from you ... and I'm sorry about your AOS interview. I'll be praying super hard that all this waiting ends with a good outcome for you. Our group has been having a hell of a time lately!

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Eh, so I go to the DMV to finally get my learner's permit and my green card A# is bringing up my maiden name :/

So now I have to go to an infopass AGAIN and get that sorted out. Have to wait till the 8th.

I wish they would leave me alone already. :lol:

We had our interview on June 24th 2010.It was a long interview at first IO interviewed both of us togather.Questions were simple basically he asked questions from I485 application.Then we were interviewed seperately.At the end IO said he cant approve the case since he needed to ask his supervisor.So he put us under further review.Today i received an e-mail card production ordered :) and hopefully we will receive the card soon.I m a regular reader here i thought i share the good news with you guys.

...ing tired of immigration now (pardon my french). Have the green card with my wife's married name. We go to social security to get it updated and remove conditions but the immigration system is not verifying the name. So social security office say it will take up to 30 days to process it. She cant get a license without her name update in SS. All we can do is wait and hope that they can get things right in their respective systems.
