I got my GC in the mail today! Finally! Now where is my drivers license? :lol: (have I mentioned I really hate government stuff?)

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

lol, the Santa Ana one wasnt too bad actually, pretty fast and fairly friendly :D Just sucks I've been waiting over a month for my DL to come in the mail and coming up on 2 months since I got my license plate stuff done.

I feel like we are the only one who have not gotten a green card yet. I thought when we bypass the interview stage and go to CSC it would be much quicker, and yet still here we are waiting. I do not see even any updates on the case since 3/3/10. Not that that is a definite, because we did

not have any updates on AP until we actually received it.

2/1/2010- AOS , EAD. AP Mailed via USPS priority mail

2/3/2010- Received - via USPS delivery tracking

2/9/2010- Check Cashed

2/9/2010- NOA 1 Received for 131, 765, 485

2/17/2010- Received letter for biometrics

2/19/2010- Completed biometrics via early "walk in'

2/22/2010- Touched on I-765, 48

2/24/2010- Case transferred to CSC

4/2/2010 Card Production Ordered for I-765, AP touched (Yea!!)

4/8/10- Approval notice for I-765 sent via email/ AP touched

4/10/2010 Received AP.

4/12/10 Received EAD-

7/6/10 Contacted USCIS because now Outside normal processing time

7/23/10 Got RFE asking for proof of legitimate marriage- 1page and 1/4 of proofs

8/23/10 sent off RFE response via Expressmail

8/24/10 Received by CSC

9/2/10 Email from USCIS- Card Production Ordered

Went to the SSA today too lol

No problem with the new Green Card but she did say my file still had my maiden name :blink: but it didn't seem to matter much as she kept on doing the adaptations.

Weird though.

We got GC the same day and went to SSA office at the same day. lol

She didn't ask for my old SSN card. So I will keep it for remembrance. :)EAD too.

I will be SO happy for you when you guys finally get your GC. Seriously, I will feel so guilty getting ours when so many of Feb. filers are in CSC limbo right now. At least, I hope we get ours. Someone a few posts back was approved AND got the card production notice, only to be sent another letter saying that they are now "under review."

The USCIS giveth, and the USCIS taketh away these days.
