Congratulations on your green card!. I got my green card today, too!.

I feel sorry the posple who were transfered to CSC and hasn't approved.... I thought people who were transfered to CSC would be faster than us....

I hope everyone get approval soon....

Congrats for you too!

Today when I get back home, the green card is waiting for me in the mail. Hooyay....:dance: :dance: :dance::D :D :D I am on the green now!!!

I am wishing for everybody especially for Feb filers, who doesn't get theirs, to receive quickly.

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Thanks. We called USCIS on Friday and were told that they won't investigate the status of our application until it has been six months since filing. It has been over four months.

My wife has an EAD and AP, so we're not seriously affected by the delay. The EAD was sufficient to get her a Driver's License. She has traveled once on the AP and is about to do so again this month. However, traveling on AP was a major annoyance for her last time, having had to spend an hour waiting in line in Secondary inspection for CBP to finally stamp her paper. There is clearly less potential for hassles once one has the GC.

This afternoon I went to SSA office to update my status. The staff didn't seen my redesigned greencard before, tell me wait for a minute and was asking her colleagues then she accepted it..... Haha :lol: What a laughable people!

Same here.

When I was at the office she took my card to photocopy and to learn how to verify it, she looked at all the presidents through a magnifying glass!

She seemed pretty excited about it.

She told me there's 30+ holograms on it, but we just can't see them.

Went to the SSA today too lol

No problem with the new Green Card but she did say my file still had my maiden name :blink: but it didn't seem to matter much as she kept on doing the adaptations.

Weird though.
