Oh no...he's been driving since he got here. Thankfully he comes from a country that Texas has reciprocity with...his Dutch license is good for a year here! :dance:

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

I know. It does MY head in every day, dealing with rude drivers and traffic.

Ditto for us. No touches on I-485 (AOS) since it first showed up in on-line status on March 3. It's been almost four months since we filed. At what point should we consider calling?

My green card doesn't show up yet. Today is 1 month and 1 day after AOS interview, 3 weeks and 1 day after Welcome letter. What's going on, USCIS? Maybe I must call them next week.

It says to allow 60 days on the letter, so I think you might be out of luck until then :(

And Unique, you are eligible to file conditions on my second wedding anniversary :P

My green card doesn't show up yet. Today is 1 month and 1 day after AOS interview, 3 weeks and 1 day after Welcome letter. What's going on, USCIS? Maybe I must call them next week.

Hate to interrupt your thread, but our letter dated May 17th says it will arrive in 3 weeks. Is it different for CSC vs. Interview approvals?

Also, we've only gotten one text/email. Another filer in my thread with the same CSC approval date has had 3 already. There has only been on person on the AOS timelines that was approved after 5/5 and has received their card. What is going on at USCIS?

Our VisaJourney started July 2009 when I mailed the 129-F

Fiance here February 2010, married 10 days later

GC received in the mail 10-Jun-2010

Able to apply to remove conditions 12-Feb-2012

BABY GIRL BORN JULY 2011!!!

In welcome letter saying in 3 weeks and the letter I got from interview saying 30 days, the IO said within 3 weeks.

LOL, they are talking many different ways and I don't get it yet. :lol:
