I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Another GCless day. Interviewed on 05/11 and nothing in the mail.

I had my interview on May 3rd... And no GC yet...

I actually received EAD card... But the office said that I was not suppose to receive anymore, as soon as GC will replace it...

Ai..ai... who knows what is happening?

Do you think with the stamp (square, 551)I can leave the country and come back without any problem???

Looking forward to hear something soon...

Hi Luis, the I 551 stamp is as good as the greencard - that's what my IO told me. You can travel with it. If you want to make sure you can call them., but as I said, my IO explicitly said, you can use this to travel before you get the actual card in the mail

That would be nice...Pat's happy though with the EAD for now. He went yesterday and took his written/driving test for his Texas license and passed them both with flying colors! :dance:
