EAD card arrived yesterday! Thank God! At last after so much time waiting... Now, the GC waiting and whining starts... hahah!

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Wow...seriously. I feel bad for you guys who were transferred. Supposedly, you're the ones to receive green cards faster.

Keep hanging in there...I only can imagine how frustrating it is now. (F)

Geez, two months after CSC transfer? And still nothing??? What's the holdup, USCIS? :blink:

My wife received her EAD yesterday as well. She's happy. So I guess it's the small things that bring smiles.

Thank Mark! It was a great feeling coming home Saturday night to that in the mailbox waiting for us! Pat's very happy too and not nearly as anxious for his GC now that he has this and can at least get a TX license now and start looking for work...lol!

Good morning ALL.. Congratulations on All for the EADs received.. Liz, glad to see you started to get some real activity.. Hopefully since the new GC is already out, Feb will start to see more activity.. I did notice EAD are getting to people's hands..

Crazy enough, my wife received her EAD card on Saturday, why? I don’t know... but it seems they are working back in full force again..

Guess you're right, LIZ, maybe a little pause on the whining now, at least i'll be a little busy with my new job... lol! Hope it wont take long. EAD expires next year.... tongue_ss.gif

EAD card arrived today finally.I was suppose to have an interview on May 17th 2010 but Local Office never received my file from Missouri so they couldnt interview us and said wait till i receive another appointment letter which could take from 30 to 90 days.Anyways i have my EAD atleast now i can work...job search begins :)

Your timeline says that your application was transferred to the CSC on 3/25. Doesn't a transfer usually mean that there will be no interview? Our application was transferred too, and from what I understand, we should not expect an interview date, just the GC approval. I think most of us whose applications were transferred to CSC are still waiting for something to happen.

And your transfer was a month after ours! I am really hoping for something any day now. Today is Day 111 since filing our AOS application.
