I KNEW it. You'll be getting his EAD any day now. We got ours the day after the third notice.

Yeah, the minute I said eff it, it'll all happen when it happens, things started to happen. Go figure. :lol:

LOL...he didn't get it yesterday so we'll see what the mail brings today. Maybe YOU should say something about us getting his GC and that will make it happen...lol! :lol:

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Until today, I didn't get my GC yet. Next week is 1 month already after interview. GC is delaying due to new design launched I think. Maybe other reasons. Is there anyone knows why?

It's probably the new design delay.

Someone I talk to on msn has been here for 7 weeks on a CR1 and hasnt gotten her card yet.

I've been reading this forum since I filed so close to February even though I'm a January filer. My wife's greencard came in the mail today! It was the new design - I'm sure that it was the reason for the delay and that nobody has received one for a few weeks. For everyone waiting - I'm sure it will be there very, very soon!

Hello everyone!

I had a very easy interview yesterday.It took only 15 mins. However,after finished interview,IO said the card will arrive after 2-4 weeks so it means i am approve??But i check my status online this morning it's still in initial review :unsure: Now i wonder if i really get approve :crying:

Congratulations on your successful interview! Yes, if the IO says you'll receive your card, that means you're approved. Don't worry about the online status. It has shown to be very unreliable.

Congrats on ur approved interview too! :thumbs: I hope i can recieve my approve notice soon to ease my worried mine... :wacko: This morning i recieve a notice for my EAD card,it says i got approve....AGAIN! I recieved my first notice dated May 01,2010 and notice of my card production last MAy 11,2010 and now, just got approve... :angry: What is happening????? :blink:

Hello All,

We had our AOS interview yesterday-- APPROVED,,, we reached the place around 10 am for a 10.35 am interview. We were not called in till about 11.

Interview was not bad, surprisingly had more questions than expected but nothing out of the box. First few minutes were just questions for my wife, her name, DOB and all that, basically comparing the answers on the AOS forms and hers...

Later on we had few questions about our relationship,, and then we chatted about NAPA for few mins... and then handed out our letter saying AOS is approved and we should receive it in 2 to 3 weeks.

I-129/K1 process

1/20/09 - NOA1

1/23/09 - touch

1/24/09 - NOA1 recieved (hard copy)

4/20/09- NOA2
