I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Still no EAD.

Honestly, I swear someone's lost it or something. 19 days and nothing. Guess on the 24th of this month if I dont get it I should be making an infopass appointment to see where the heck it is, even if I get my green card by then. I dont want someone using it or something.

Thanks Markieboy and Rihannercakes. I forgot to mention, she asked me all the "Are you a prostitute, communist, racist" and about 6 other questions as well. I tried to keep a serious face, but it was hard. I know these are serious questions, but when you answer is obviously, "NO" to all of these, they kinda seem weird and funny. I guess they HAVE to ask you those questions, so everyone who still have interviews, get ready for them. Also, they took my I 94, but did not take my 2 EAD cards.

We'd LOVE to see that EAD they say was approved back on April 30th and then again on May 12th......didn't realize the US mail was THAT slow.... :blink::devil:

I can understand that! We never got an email for the April 30th "approval" but we did for the May 12th one so maybe that one is the real deal! I hope you get it soon.... :unsure:

Thanks Mark! I'm just waiting until day 91...then I'm on the phone and if they can't/won't help then I'll be calling my Congressman/Senator.

Hey just a little question for those waiting for EAD and those who have it in their hand.. I've gotten two notifications saying my card was being produced on May 3rd and then on May 11th... normal? weird? what does it mean?

it seems like some of the people that have gotten their notifications around these times have not gotten their card like it usually happens..

AOS Timeline

Feb 22nd, 2010 - Delivered Package

March 2nd, 2010 - Checks cleared

March 17th, 2010 -Biometrics Appointment
