My appointment was 1pm. We got there at about 12:20 and we weren't even called until 1:45!

Pretty straight forward, just verified some info on the sheets and asked some questions.

He looked at our photo album and didn't keep any evidence.

He seemed kinda surprised that we don't have any joint evidence though, but we couldn't help it.

Nothing really worth noting, to be honest haha.

The LA office is sooooo busy, I guess that's the only worthwhile thing to note.

The IO explained removing of conditions really confusing like. It's just 3 months before our 2 year green card expires right?

Congrats, Rhiannercakes and others who've been approved.

Day 93 for us, and still no activity on the GC as far as we can tell. I almost wish we had been called for an interview, because you people who have interviewed are now done, while our case is still languishing in the piles at the CSC.

My wife is currently traveling on her AP, so at least she has something to keep her mind occupied and is not sitting around obsessively checking the mailbox every day.

Guess I should also add that our interview was 30 minutes long and because I didnt have my EAD, the IO told me to just destroy it when I get my green card.

Awww, hope you feel better really soon, Steph!!

Thanks you guys, the meds help me feel better but they also knock me out, hence why the spreadsheet hasn't gotten done yet. I will probably do a mass update on Saturday.

Congrats on your approval Rhiann! I knew you would do fine!

Did anyone start getting a bunch of touches on the I 485 like a week before the interview? My interview in next Thursday, and I had touches yesterday and today. Oh well!!! I guess it may be USCIS getting ready for our interview. Question: I've heard that you are supposed to carry copies of all the docs you submitted to them (including the actual applications). Is this true? Also, they actually called my hubby's employer. We are not clear on exactly what was asked, but apparently it had something to do with the issuance of the job letter we submitted. Like, they asked his employer, "Why did you guys issue this job letter"? This has me totally confused, but I am guessing they were trying to confirm his employment. Did anyone ever hear about anything like this? Anyway, what is to be will be.

I got no touches before my interview.

I havnt even gotten any since my interview. It'd be nice if I did, so I know they're going to order production of my green card.

Yeah, I had two consecutive touches on my I-485 a few days ago. The status is still Initial Review.

My interview is less than 2 weeks. I guess USCIS is getting ready as well? Hehehe.
