05 Feb 2010 - Sent AOS package

08 Feb 2010 - Package arrived in the lockbox (confirmed through USPS) - received date

20 Feb 2010 - NOA1 AOS/EAD (hard copies) - notice date for both is 16 Feb 2010

27 Feb 2010 - Biometrics A. Letter Arrived (schedule: March 19)

10 Mar 2010 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics (schedule was: March 19)

10-11 Mar 2010 - two touches on both cases after my walk-in Biometrics

26 Mar 2010 - Received the notice in the mail requesting to appear in an interview

15 Apr 2010 - EAD Card production ordered notice received via email

16 Apr 2010 - EAD touched again

21 Apr 2010 - EAD touched (post-decision activity)

22 Apr 2010 - EAD touched

24 Apr 2010 - EAD card in the mail

28 Apr 2010 - Interview date --- approved =) / case touched

11 May 2010 - card production ordered

29 May 2010 - received green card in the mail

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Nigel's AOS interview was yesterday, it was so easy, we were in the door and no more than 30 seconds from then we were called in and they asked for our documents, and went over our stuff, asked how we met, it was just like talking to anyone about us, so easy, and casual! They told us to keep our EAD till the actual greencard comes in and to destroy it, so thats good for us! All done! Woohoo!

Josephs interview was today. They called us in and the guy was going through the file that was about 5 inches thick. He looked through stuff swore us in, asked the standard questions on the check list about terrorism and arrests. Looked through our pictures and made a copy of a couple of items like my new passport in my married name and then gave him a letter and said the card will arrive in about 10 days.

Congrats your GC approval..... Your GC will be arrived in about 10 days.....Sooo fast..... :thumbs:

on April 19 I got my green card approval notice on the USCIS website. Then 3 days after that got the official notice on mail. It says card production ordered and should arrive in the next 30 days! No interview for me, and no EAD either.

AOS and EAD

18 Feb 2010 - Sent AOS package

20 Feb 2010 - Package arrived in Chicago (confirmed through USPS)

03 Mar 2010 - NOA1 AOS/EAD (hard copies) - notice date: 26 Feb 2010

09 Mar 2010 - Biometrics Appointment letter on mail. Appointment date: Mar 23.

11 Mar 2010 - Biometrics taken. (Walk in)

12 Mar 2010 - Case transferred to California Service Center!

19 Apr 2010 - AOS approved and Green Card production ordered

30 Apr 2010 - EAD approved and card production ordered

Note: For some strange reason I don't know, my AOS process was approved before the EAD process. I can't complain though, But I believe once I have my green card, I will have to return the EAD.

I am very happy for your approvals!!.

I have checked my status through online and I found out that my EAD has been ordered April 29th. This is a good thing. Now, I really have to look for a job....

I hope everyone's EAD, AP and Greencard will approve soon.

on April 19 I got my green card approval notice on the USCIS website. Then 3 days after that got the official notice on mail. It says card production ordered and should arrive in the next 30 days! No interview for me, and no EAD either.
