Unfortunately CS at USCIS they are not going to do much than read their very long, but long script. I called them and they told me unless is more than 90 days is nothing they can do at their calling center.. "You are within the normal processing time, please call after 90 business days"

:angry: My 90 days isn't up until May 13th...I don't know if I can wait until then. Did you ask to talk to a supervisor?

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Our timeline is almost similar.. I will start calling again soon I guess, the problem is, I have to call when I am home as they won’t talk to me unless my wife authorizes.. And at this point of time, I want to call [for my own sanity]

Our timeline is almost similar.. I will start calling again soon I guess, the problem is, I have to call when I am home as they won’t talk to me unless my wife authorizes.. And at this point of time, I want to call [for my own sanity]

They will not speak to anyone but the applicant unless he/she authorizes the caller .. Stupid way [if you asked me] since I am the petitioner.. but, to avoid any arguments or "droop calls" or losing the connection 'for some given reason' i rather call from home when i have my wife next to me.

One more thing i really dislike, they do not go out of their script.. they have this freaking long [LONG] scrip that my goodness, i didnt know when i was suppose to ask or listen :blink:

Ok...that is pretty ridiculous...as the petitioner you should have the same rights! The more I learn about USCIS the more ridiculous they sound!
