Grats to more approvals!

I ended up canceling my driver's license appointment for Tuesday, I know I'm not getting my EAD by then.

Good old Cali, next available one near me is a whole month after my original one :lol:

Totally just come down here and do a walkin, you'll be in and out within 2 hours and then you can book your driving test online.

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

we were approved without an interview. i checked the uscis website and it said approved and my card was in production, but no email or anything like that. It was weird :D, but a good weird.

Most of the time, cases transferred to CSC don't have interviews. Yours was transferred right? I saw your timeline on the spreadsheet. :thumbs:

05 Feb 2010 - Sent AOS package

08 Feb 2010 - Package arrived in the lockbox (confirmed through USPS) - received date

20 Feb 2010 - NOA1 AOS/EAD (hard copies) - notice date for both is 16 Feb 2010

27 Feb 2010 - Biometrics A. Letter Arrived (schedule: March 19)

10 Mar 2010 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics (schedule was: March 19)

10-11 Mar 2010 - two touches on both cases after my walk-in Biometrics

26 Mar 2010 - Received the notice in the mail requesting to appear in an interview

15 Apr 2010 - EAD Card production ordered notice received via email

16 Apr 2010 - EAD touched again

21 Apr 2010 - EAD touched (post-decision activity)

Thx, im really nervous but my husband is very relaxed, he just said that they better not drag it cause he has to be at work at 3 :devil: he said if they want to, they can come over later in the week for some coffee in case they have more questions :yes: he is a dork like that :lol:

Yay! I'm waiting as well. My EAD was touched for the second time today. Hope it comes in time for my May 3rd job start :P

I am actually worried the picture will turn out really weird as well, cuz I have a history of having bad pics on the first try. The lady doing my biometrics was polite but not particularly friendly, and didn't offer to let me see it.
