I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Hey guys! no word on anything on my case =/ ... I'm happy there's approvals and interviews pouring in!! I bet it feels awesome to be over and done with all this..

I really don't know if I should be worried?? no interview letter and no case transfer or any movement of some sort since March 18th?? anyone on the same page as I am?

I thought my case would be pretty straightforward because I've been married for a year now

Hello!! I did the biometrics in the same day you did... However, I already received my interview date..

Maybe you should call USCIS... It happen to my friend that they sent the interview date in wrong address and she miss the date. They were saying that she need to start everything again... Then she proved that was not her fault and they schedule a new date...

It's so nice to read all these approvals and interviews... I am happy for you all!

I just checked my immigration tmeline and it was written that EAD might be adjudicated from April 15 to 23... Keeping my fingers crossed. I am getting a little impatient now, especially that I only have a week more to show to my would-be-employer my work permit or else I won't make it to orientation. It would be such a waste to miss this chance. I know everyone here knows how hard it is to look for a job.

Oh well, good luck to us all (those who are still waiting...)

Received the EAD card on Day 77 and AP on Day 75, but it looks like the volcanic ash cloud--something we never could have anticipated--is going to prevent us from leaving tomorrow to visit her parents in Europe. And we were so concerned we wouldn't receive the AP in time.

Question - How do you view the "touches" for the AOS filings? When I logon to uscis.gov all I get is this screen that has 7 circles : Acceptance, Initial Review, RFE, etc

Morning! When you log in, look to your left and you should see a place where you can click on "My Portfolio". Click on that and it takes you back to the list of your cases. Once you are there, look at the "Last Updated" column....when that date chances then you've gotten a "touch". Hope that helps!

Interview this morning... Gulp.

Still no ead or ap. Minorly freaking out.. Should be ok, we're prepared, but as we all know - you just never know. Eek. I will be grateful to have it over tho!!
