Congratulations to all of those that passed their interview + got touches/ead/ap's!

I finally received my letter last Saturday for my AOS interview for May 17th... a little over a month from now. Other than that, my status on the website is still as last touched: AOS: 03/25/2010, EAD: 03/25/2010, AP: 03/01/2010. I feel like this is taking forever! My visa expires two days after the interview, so here's hoping that my EAD & AP come ... along with passing my interview.

Stressed? Just a little. More like impatient and quite anxious. I really don't know where I would be without this forum + support group though!

:)

Ugh. I have 10 days to get my EAD or else I can't get on my husband's bank account and lose out on evidence for the AOS interview.

I could probably go stand at the DMV all day after the 27th, which is my original license appointment... but I'd rather not.

Which bank you tried? IMO, you should try other bank for joint account. e.g. citibank,....

@Danu

I am so, so tempted... but it's pretty far :lol:

@Unique

Chase. We dont want to open another account somewhere else, because we want to stick with this bank. Oh well, I'm sure they'd understand.

Congratulations to everyone who have received thier EAD and Green Card approvals. Good Luck to those who will have thier interviews soon.

As noted, my husband's application was transferred to CSC at the beginning of March after the RFE was sent back. Well I had gotten a congressman involved in the RFE situation. As a result, she has kept tabs on our progress toward adjustment of his status. Apparently she sent an inquiry about our case to NBC and CSC. She sent us a letter the other day which stated that our I485 was still within processing time (of course we knew that) and that CSC was adjuctating case that were filed 5 months ago. I could not verify that by the processing times on the uscis website for CSC. But I thought that CSC was suppose to be faster than having an interview. Anyway... it seems that having an interview maybe the fastest route these days. Eventhough the thought of an interview is scary regardless of the fact you know that your marriage is real.

Anyway... I thought I would let you know. You all have a good sunny day. Hopeful wink.gif
