hi guys, very good news today.i received e-mail notification from the USCIS that my EAD card has been ordered on March 31,2010.i am so glad to hear that.it is my prayer that everything goes on well for each and everyone on February filers as well as VJ.

I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Happy Wednesday Feb filers!

I am 'bank shopping' to see if I can get my husband on my account without a SS number..grrr. My bank of 10 years is quoting the "patriot act' and won't add him.

My husband was able to add me as his spouse (being the Canadian) without a SS number when we went to Bank of America. Try them & see how it goes :)

Also -- congratulations on everyone's progress! Although I just finished my biometrics, I'm hoping for a few more touches, a transfer, and an approval! In any case, I'm hoping that April will bring more good news, for everyone on here! :)

Congratz to all other transfers, updates and document in process..

Today got an update on my wife's submission, AOS transferred to CSC.. no updates on I-765 or I-131 but, all we can do is continue waiting..

Hey guys :) The interview is coming up... getting nervous :D

Had a touch yesterday... nothing on EAD or AP since 2/18. I don't think anything will happen here before the interview.

Can someone please give me a light?

I am seeing a lot of super speed process while mine is going slow, and it's concerning me.

What is a normal processing time for i-130 and i-485 filed concurrently?

My case: L1A Visa, Miami office, NOA date: 02/11, fingerprints: 02/23 (originally 03/03). Is it taking long or I'm just impatient?

Really not sure. I suppose it might depends on how backed up the miami office is at the moment. Theres still a lot of people who haven't gotten transferred or interview dates though so I wouldnt worry yet.

Hi Everybody!

Since I applied for my AOS, I had just 2 touches... One when they received and another one after my biometrics. My I-485 it is still in acceptance and other in initial review.

HOWEVER, I got my interview letter today!!! Yiipeeeee!!! It took exactly 15 days after my biometrics. So, do not worry! Even if they are not touching, they still working on our papers!

Good morning!

Got my notice of EAD card production today... is it an April Fool's joke? :) I doubt it'll reach me before the interview.

Congrats on everyone's progress!

You might get it before the interview. I got "card production ordered" on Mar 26 (Friday) then approval on March 30 and I just got my actual card in the mail today :). They are pretty fast. Hopefully you'll get yours in 4 days :) Now I just need a freakin job
