I have found out that once after I turned in my applications. That's why my EAD is delaying. You mean that you have seen one person whose case is same as mine, got EAD ?

I think they changed the time we get mail. It's been this way for a week now. It's 2:30pm and no mail, normally we would have gotten it about 45 minutes ago. How annoying.

Haven't checked the post yet, but I doubt our Bio's in it.

Time to paint hubby's fingers with a blue marker, press them against an index card, charge up the digital camera and do our own Biometrics. You think USCIS will accept it?

What does this mean, when it gets transferred to CSC, and why is that a good thing?

When a case is transferred to CSC, USCIS feels that all of the initial requirements were met and they are going to try to complete that particular case without requiring an interview. Generally, when a case is transferred to CSC it gets approved a bit faster.
