Ok People, thank you for the information you provided me with.. As mentioned yesterday, I got my MSC #s for all 3 cases and they are already online. AOS was accepted, AED and AP initial review.. My check has not been cashed, Hope they forget, LOL

Not all cases get transferred to CSC, it depends on where you live. The odds are you won't get an interview, but they can always transfer it back to the service center in your area. Those happen very rarely though. Its not a guarantee that you won't get an RFE though because they may come across something when they start to process it at the service center. If you were going to get an interview, it is right before you get the greencard (pending approval from the interview of course).

I hope we do not get an interview. That speeds the app up right?? My hubby has a couple of potential employers we just need that EAD to come through hurriedly

It wont affect the EAD (because thats still processed in the same place), but has the potential to speed up the greencard depending on how fast they are going and how long you would have had to wait for an interview where you are now. Hopefully it helps a bit

Hey All Feb Filers

I am very happy that our case seems to be moving quickly but I am a tad bit confused. Is all cases supposed to be transferred to CSC. I got an email saying that our case has been transferred to CSC. Does that mean that I should not get an RFE? I would have gotten one by now right? When exactly in the process is there an intereview?

Congrats on the transfer....to me that is a pretty quick timeframe but not sure if that's the "norm" right now or not...

I've been reading how everybody is getting email alerts for their cases and i don't get any, my last update was on the 15th and still waiting on my noa for i-765, at least i got my biometrics app already... I'm guarding my mail box like a lioness tho I'm sure my mail man thinks i'm waiting for a million dollars in the mail

You sign up for an account and then in the last updated section it will show you when someone last did something to your case.

Hi Everyone!

I am a little worried because I sent my AOS package on February 13th. They received on Feb 16th.

As I was looking, usually take one week to have checks cashed or some email from USCIS.

I did not have anything yet.

Is there anybody who sent in same period and got something already?

PS: I live in NJ

Hi Mimayu....most of us, me included, in that same period are just starting to receive our email updates and NOA1's. I would think you'd have something on your filing soon!!

There is a special form that you send with your AOS package that will get the email notifications sent to you.

I don't know if it works the same way or not but on the USCIS site where you can track your case once you have the MSC#'s you can request notification by email there as well.

So i applied for my AOS and mailed it to the Lockbox in Chicago, IL. I tracked the USPS and it says that i was delivered...but I never got a text message nor an email from USCIS about the fact that they received my application. I even added that form that says they will let you know when you receive it on top of all my paperwork in the packet...

Don't be discouraged....it took more than a week before we got our email saying they got it! You'll probably have something by late next week!
