The thing is, do we really need to give credence to a stupid idea floated by Chavez - merely because some ignorant people in NO made some equally stupid remarks?

Isn't the tie-in obvious? The U.S. government is plotting against black people using natural disasters as a cover. Why don't we see hordes of white people in disaster areas?
