Hey guys and gals, I've been following all along and am happy to see all the progress, but I need some advice. We filed on 2 Feb. 2010, and our case was touched on 26 June, and that's it. No special circumstances to our case, biometrics was done timely, we've just been sitting back watching everyone get satisfaction(or atleast some action) but we've heard nothing. I'd like to know how you suggest we proceed. Should I call USCIS, e-mail VSC, contact my congressman, or just wait it out? Just kidding about the waiting thing. What action seems to get the ball rolling? Any help is appreciated.

The proper path is to contact USCIS by scheduling an infopass and have them look into your application since it has been more than 6 months now. If this fails to get you any answers, then you can contact your local congressman and see if they can get you some answers.
