LOL, my bad, I don't know why I read that date of I751 should be date when it was received :D Which anyway makes more sense then date you sent it, unless ofc one uses regular mail and has no control over the date it arrives... Blah... :) Both solutions have flaws :)

Anyway, sent it overnight Feb 3rd (but too late in the afternoon I guess to make it there on the 4th) and it was received on the 5th (my signature could have offered better info).

So again how do I fix the format myself? :)
