If one of the great helpers here on VJ could update my timeline here on this thread, I would appreciate it I'm using chrome and apparently I would lose the formatting

Same as others said, hope you have your notice.

We called the USCIS. They couldn't figure out why we haven't received a biometrics appt yet. The lady said we should hear something back within 45 days. FORTY-FIVE DAYS! Ridiculous. Oh well, at least we don't live in Arizona... then I'd really be nervous!

Same here. I called uscis yesterday and the lady said the same thing to me. Most of the time it sounded like she was reading something from a book because most of what she said had nothing to do with my question. I wanted to know if she can tell from her system if a biometrics had been sent and I haven't received it by accident. She went on and on and eventually said wait 45 days. What a waste of time.

Mine were touched on 4/18 and our biometrics are just 4 days apart, it makes sense right on!

My old cases I485 & I765 were touched today (4/25)_ Sunday also!!

Mine were touched on 4/18 and our biometrics are just 4 days apart, it makes sense right on!

Why? VSC is still tracking roughly 3.5 months... so there is nothing different now than there was 5-8 months ago. Just stay patient! A few more weeks!

Oh - VSC, or St. Albans, VT has had some bad weather for the past few days - snow, a lot of rain and my guess is that's why they seem to be slow the past few days!

I think people who are waiting should be allowed to vent esp. when you see CSC is being more efficient.

bad weather is not a good enough reason to make us wait 3.5 months. sorry, I don't get your humour!
