The quiche came out of the oven 5 minutes ago and already 1/2 of it is gone :blink: and it wasn't me!!!!

I was going out for my friend's bday but I changed my mind. It's too cold and rainy. Supposed to turn to snow in the next few hours and they don't want to go out til 9.

I went to the store today and sooooooooo many people had on Colts jerseys, shirts, or just wore blue. Ghey!

Hey Commies!

First success: got offered a long-term freelance position with jobs daily. Pay is rather decent, I work from home. I have to take an evaluation test and maybe buy some software. All the other stuff (internet access, internet explorer, messenger is already in the house). They offer a consistent work flow, that means I get a minimum of words to translate per day. Sounds to good to be true...

10-10-2008: I-130 Sent

11-14-2008: NOA1

01-13-2009: Transfer to CSC

01-30-2009: APPROVED!!!!!!!!!

02-04-2009: NOA2 in mail

04-14-2009: medical

05-14-2009: Interview

05-15-2009: picked up visa

06-04-2009: received 2 ! welcome letters

06-08-2009: received 3rd welcome letter

First success: got offered a long-term freelance position with jobs daily. Pay is rather decent, I work from home. I have to take an evaluation test and maybe buy some software. All the other stuff (internet access, internet explorer, messenger is already in the house). They offer a consistent work flow, that means I get a minimum of words to translate per day. My dad had his second face surgery on Wednesday. They repaired everything and fixed some birth defect he had in his throat. He said he has no clue what the birth defect was because his mom doesn't remember. He'll find out next week when he goes back for his post-op appt. He said he went to the surgery center in New Orleans wearing his Colts hat :lol:

I've been wearing Saints stuff all week. Even if just my fleur-de-lis earrings! :lol: Most of my friends up here are like "We're totally rooting for the Saints, Jen!"

Sad. Tonight is Krewe of Atlas parade and Krewe of Eve in my hometown :( I miss Mardi Gras!
