I just went out to shovel a little....this is going to take me a long, long time. For one, the snow is still coming down, and two, it is a very heavy snow. There goes my poor kidneys! :dead:

william, i am not near kc, per se, but my dad and his wife live there. i am in kc all of the time. would love to come to a meet up.

And you would have a great time....We cook some serious food over here.....Or, eat out......but that food sux and is expensive..

ok, good. hubby's poe is in chicago. i ws hoping that there will not be snow. i have been delayed going to india last year because of the weather, and getting stuck in chicago with no transportation to venture out is no fun.

william, will definitely be gamed.

I don't think it's a good idea for him to come directly to Detroit cos of what happened here with the crotch bomber. Plus, those cheapo flights he's looking at are not direct flights.
