Hey commies :star: Good afternoon...

what's up?

Good Afternoon. Glad that your feeling better today, I told you a little rickrolling was good for you.

My itinerary today consists of visiting Mom and going to see the doctor; after Saturday I'm not taking any chances.

Howdy, Mr. 5 ! Have a good rest, did ya?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I never sleep well these days, Nagi. Got up (eyes opened at 6, then 7:15, etc.) and felt nothing, as usual. :crying: Started to do a bit of cycling but it was a real struggle today. Now I'm about to step out the door to see Mom and my friendly neighborhood quack (actually he's a great guy who is very good with the diagnosis). I don't want a repeat of Saturday, thank you very much. Better get going before the weather gets crazy. If I get into an accident and end up in the hospital how am I going to do the reverse cowgirl with wrestler's bridge(that's one Val  )? On second thought, there are lots female staff in the hospital. Anyways, I best be off. TTFN.
