Hey commies :)

I don't know how I used to work out so freaking much!!!!! I'm trying to get back into my old routine, but it's hard!!!! I guess that's what I get for pretty much laying around for a year because I had 3 surgeries in 9 months. At least I didn't gain any weight. Bah!

Good evening. Working out is hard after a layoff, so the lesson is simple, don't work out. :lol: Seriously, ease into your routine or you'll get injured.

There's a nice track across the street from my house. Probably will be going there for a bit until I can eventually get back to the gym.
