I'm being lazy, I have a cough & a cold and feel crummy. Not terrible but crummy nonetheless. The boys are playing Mario Bros.

I'm so sorry. In a way I feel responsible. Was I out of line with sneezing on your face and then using your arm to wipe my nose, you can level with me. :P Seriously, you need to quit working so hard, it's not healthy for you or the baby and it makes the rest of us look bad. :luv:

Hola 5!

Today has been a total bummer, week #7 of my stupid ex blowing off my kids. I will be taking him to family court shortly. I either want sole custody or I want him to relinquish his rights. He doesn't pay child support, won't give me his address, and never answers my phone calls. So if something bad were to happen I'd have no way of getting in touch with him. I can't count on him to be there for his kids.

I'm so done with it. The only ones getting hurt by this are my kids.

If the ex doesn't give a sh*t about the kids then remove him from the equation. You are doing the right thing by going to family court. I can't believe the no child support nonsense, I though NY was like Ontario in that they can garnishee the wages of deadbeat dads. You are wrong about one thing, there are three people being hurt by his actions, the two kids and the moron. One day he'll wake and have a '####### was I thinking' moment, it will be far too late by that time. Do the kids miss him or do they care at this point? I don't mean to be impudent but what did you see in this POS?

As for the last question, I have no idea. He wasn't a big a-hole when I was dating him before I got pregnant. He had some crazy stuff happen in his family (brother killed, father committed suicide) and he decided to deal with those issues by adopting a drug habit... while I was pregnant.

Now that I look back on it, I don't have any regrets... I didn't make any bad decisions, he did. At least the boys have an awesome stepdad. Maybe he'll adopt them one day, who knows. We'll see how things pan out with Mr. Unreliable A-Hole

Going to have some lunch. It's about time.

Moi aussi. I didn't eat or drink for 27 hours and had a big meal last night. I got up this morning with a massive, I-sure-as-hell-hope-it's-not-a-heart-attack, chest pain. I really hate indigestion so I will be trying to get in some regular meals for a change, starting with lunch. The pain will subside once I start eating I'm sure. Enjoy your lunch. I hear Nagi's bringing some cake. :thumbs:

My ex owes me over $40,000 and he's on state and federal probation....keeping a job and paying child support is supoposed to be a requirement..... eh.....no one cares.

I can't understand this. I would think that he'd go crazy worrying about you and his unborn sons and not resort to drugs. I guess everyone's different in dealing with grief, although I wonder if he didn't already have this in his system to begin with. The broken promises part, that is the worst. Foisting that stunt on his own kidz, JEEZ. :angry::angry::angry: Some of us males have that semper fi mentality and some of us just aren't men.
