I've got the compulsory elements down pat. I just have to work on the launch into the triple salchow and I need a bit more power in my hips for the quad. :devil:

You people are too funny. I am laughing so hard, trying not to because my stomach hurts because I have the stupid stomach flu (great timing, heh?) and I have tears streaming down my face. However, I think they are right - laughter is the best medicine. And Tylenol 4's.
