I must beg your indulgence now, I'm off to visit Mother. If I didn't give you a shout out, it's because you're not important enough. :P I only kidding. Sandy, if you are gone by the time I get back, enjoy your special day tomorrow. Please be kind to him even when he screws up royally, after all he's just a man.

What about Adam West, Sonny West or Red West? :P

Well cinco I do need a man for some things  LOL

after all it is those screwings up that make making up all that much sweeter :luv:

Good excuse to order take out, Susita!

Would anyone be willing to post a video if it exists? Im singing in my head...' Nashville Cats' by the Lovin' Spoonfull.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

wonder if she has built a fire ring in the middle of the kitchen floor yet?

it should be about time to get the fire going ... so there is a good bed of coals to cook dinner .....

At my husband's house in Peru they dig a hole in the back yard and line it with bricks and hot rocks and then they put food in there and bury it for 2 hours. It's quite effective MINUS the whole digging the hole part and carrying hot bricks and rocks :lol:

Actually they do it like a few times a year it's a tradition thing, but it's still crazy.

Wow hey guys... sorry I missed like all day. Bad morning, headache, crankiness... the stove broke, whiny kids/husband wanting breakfast etc etc....

Then Luis got on skype for like 3 HOURS talking to his family in Peru. Everytime I thought he was done, somebody else got on the camera.

Luis and I just got back from picking up the boys and going to Costco. I'm pooped.

Anything crazy going on today that I should know about?

Wondering where you were

CALGON TAKE HER AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i kinda do that with our "big green egg" whenever it's time to cook something that takes a few hours of oven time ... i fire up the egg and we get the brick oven effect  a little lump charcoal goes a l-o-n-g way ....

that thing holds temperature quite well too ...

I said anything CRAZY, Natty

Thanks Val... I don't like when someone tries to pass off as a nice, delicious nutritious drink and they are so not.

I have a recipe for healthfood nachos I will share,:devil:
