We just purchased our first house in Gilbert, AZ. We got a steal of a deal (asking 389, purchased 268) and our closing is March 15th. All of the pictures are down off MLS because it's a pending sale but when we move in I will get some photos for the thread.

Once I showed this to my sister (who lives in Surrey) she started to re-think her future and is considering a move back to the island. It's hard to be a home owner in the lower mainland.

Gorgeous!! Wow, all that for a great price!! I sold mine for just under $200,000 only cause I wanted to sell it fast. I probably could have put it on market for $230,000 - $250,000 and mine was a QUARTER of what yours is!!! Plus I hardly had a yard.

Oh..and I lived in Comox Valley! I can only imagine what mine would have gone for on the mainland!
