Hi ,All !!!

Please , I need help with some your information!

Do you know any Congressman from Florida or names of Senators from Florida who you know

really had helped to somebody with a visas process?

I need address of a office or email address !

Look in the front section of your local phone book under Federal Government and get the address and phone number of his/her local office.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

The problem is that there are many people work as a Senators (for

example) but there are not many of them who really want to help.

That is a question who is exact helpful person from all for them?

People from Florida, please, who had a real help from a Senator

or a Congressmen , write his(her) address!

There are 2 senators from Florida......Nelson and Martinez.......and I can tell you right now, it most likely will be wishful thinking to get either of those offices do much to aid your case. Both of them are too busy pandering to the illegal alien segment of South Florida and writing/sponsoring bills to give the illegals amnesty and to become citizens of the USA so they can add more votes to their political base,................than to waste their time trying to help the rest of us who are doing things LEGALLY and the right way.

But....if you insist....you can try....just don`t get your hopes up. (Unfortunately,I speak from experience)

The link below will give you the email addresses for all of the senators in the USA.

Bay the way ,I was advised to ask for help from Congressmen most of all

as compared with Senators .I do not believe that nun of people

from the Government ready to help.I think that somebody always

react on questions of simple people and at least try to help

by ways one may.How can I find a such person? That is the question. :help::crying:

When I was living in Florida three years ago and applying for a K-1 visa for my then fiancee, I wrote letters to both senators and my congressman. All three of them send me form letters and blew me off.

I also talked to people in the offices of both senators and the congressman, and all of them blew me off. I remember telling the woman in the congressman's office that K-1s in Vermont SC were being approved in a month, while K-1s in Texas were taking 6 months. Her response was "There are many people living in Texas. No one lives in Vermont. That is why they are approved faster."

Our tax dollars at work.

:o Wow. That would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

Atlanta,

You're of voting age? And you don't know who your Representative is? (Don't expect to get help from Representatives from districts other than your own.)

Try Google - you should have no trouble finding a web site listing the US Congressional Representatives.

Speaking from experience, your representatives will fail in expediting your visa. Most of them have a congressional contact within the US embassy in Manila who will only reiterate the procedure involved with obtaining a visa and there is absolutely no way of sidestepping the procedure, unless it is a life and death situation. I certainly advise you to try to contact your representative but prepare to be disappointed. I have called every congressman, representative and senator but to no avail have not received any favorable results. I am also a candidate for a seat representing the 9th district here in the New Hampshire house of representatives in November 06. Good Luck!
