Hello everyone, my sons interview will be next week. My USC husband filed the petition for them as immigrants. Their medical was already done. My question is this .. Do we still have to pay for the interview? when i had my interviw as fiancee i paid before my interview but i dont know if immigrant visa application needs to pay before the interview. My sons are in Philippines... pls help us wer so confused. thanks

yes, they need to pay the visa fee, before the interview.

Aug. 06, 2009......delivered at 11:45

Aug. 17, 2009.....NOA

Sept.01, 2009.....biometric appointment

Sept.12, 2009.....rcved interview letter

Oct. 19, 2009.....date of interview....passed!!!!!

Nov. 18, 2009.....Oath Ceremony...yahooooooooo!!!!!!!!!
