Hi all, thank you for helping me out with the visa process; this site has been very informative. Anyway, for the I-134, I'm a U.S. citizen by birth, so do I have to include any sort of statement with the I-134, or will the photo-copied passport I included with the I-129F be sufficient? Also, for evidence, I'm including a print out of the web display of my scottrade account (which includes my name and total account value, >$7,000) And also a statement from my employer listing title, status, salary, date of hire, etc. But for the evidence, it says to include "in duplicate". Does this mean the original and a photo-copy is acceptable, or do they both have to be originals (i.e., two signed original statements from my employer)? Also, my dad will be co-sponsoring for the I-134, and he will include a statement from his employer and a statement from his bank. Does this sound like sufficient evidence? Thanks,

-Andrew

Duplicate is an outdated instruction. If your income alone is sufficient, just leave all the asset portions blank.

Assuming my income is over the 125%, they only need 1 letter or 2 letters from my employer? Maybe I'm old fashioned but I thought "in duplicate" meant 2 copies unsure.gif? Thanks for clarifying!

It does but it's an outdated instruction. Provide one original letter.
