Hello All,

My wife filled for CR1 visa for me in 2007, I was interviewed in Lagos, Nigeria, 2008, the visa was denied and returned back to USCIS that the visa is for immigration purpose. If the I130 is revoked, can we refile another I130? Please advice us on what we can do.

She could have filed another I-130 the day after your interview.

Now, she can file another I-130.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Did you ever receive a NOIR or a NOID? Did USCIS request futher evidence? Have you heard anything on the I130 that was sent back?
