Ok...everyone always said twin infants were tough. No way. My husband and I both agree twin toddlers is enough to make you want to laugh and drink at the same time. Hana's latest stunt...she decided to try to climb on top of her V-Tech learning / musical toy (which already is on legs and 1.5 feet high) and stand. I tell her every day all the bananas she is eating is turning her into part monkey!

Children are both very entertaining and tiring! Cute stories. Today Kavi laughed at me when I said to him, in a somewhat silly somewhat serous tone "don't be mean to me, I gave birth to you!". He got a kick out of it, even though I know he doesn't know what giving birth means! He always makes us laugh too. (well, I had a c/s but still had labor and either way birth is birth haha)

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)

I had to share this with you guys. I am so excited and relieved at the same time ..... my husband got accepted into the nursing program for next year. Nursing programs are typically very competitive and at his school, there are usually over 200 people vying for 40 slots. What this means for us as a family .... there is an end in sight to our financial challenges and now we can actually plan for having another baby in the near future!!!

Congrats! I know what a relief that can be. I am dreaming of the day hubby finished school and I can cut my work back to part time...

Thanks guys for the congrats!

Stef - He has done the prereqs. In his program, A & P 1 and 2 and microbiology are part of the nursing coursework. He has taken A&P 1 and takes 2 and microbiology this summer, so next year at least he doesn't have to take those.

Congrats to you!!!

Nizzy - Yes, my dream too is that eventually I will get to work part time. When hubby gets a job, he will likely be the insurance carrier then, which I am so excited about. Frees me up for job options. I do like my agency and may stay, but private practice is another idea. About the drives - no, he has 2 more years of driving. His school is about 50 minutes away from here and he will be there every day. We did get a car for him though (his Blazer finally bit the dust). We got a Saturn. No more SUVs for him ... we need a good gas mileage vehicle.

When does your hubby finish school?

Autumn@ Congrats!

Chrissy@ Great news Mommie!!

This was a very busy week for us, I took Sofia to the city to a Huggies event, they are introducing some new diapers, have you seen the denim diapers? it's suppoused to be a limited edition, well we got an invitation to attend and it was a lot of fun, it's wasn't so crowded, there was a gym for babies, actually it was just a gigantic pool full of balls and Sofia didn't want to get out,she loved it, we got free diapers and a nice pic taken of her, we can't complain. It's getting easier to go to the city with Sofia, I'm planning got hit Central Park Zoo this week, there are so many things to do there I wish you mommies live nearby so we can go together or meet there.

Today we got Sofia her new buggy at Toys R US, the Step 2 buggy with the handle, is really cute, can't wait to take her out around our neighborhood, the clothes at Br Us are on sale, we got two bathingsuits for $12!!! thta's really cheap

well mommies I hope you are having a great weekend, time to go to bed...

nite nite
