OK, I couldn't resist my cravings and went out for sushi over the weekend. No raw fish though...just california rolls and happy rolls. Well, I was wolfing them down (ya, miss sushi) and realized they contained smelt roe. Wonder if it's OK to eat? There seems to be alot of conflicting information about sushi for pregnant women out there.

I read that they say it's ok if y ou know that it's been pasturized (spelling?) I eat a lot of sushi, even now, like 2-3 times a week (no raw fish) I normally dont like sushi, just sashimi, but since I cant eat sashimi, I have to settle with just sushi. My doctor actually told me that she's never seen anybody with mercury problem but she still had to tell me that I shouldnt eat deep sea fish, same with sushi :) I'd say dont worry about it, you arelady ate them and there's nothing you can do anyway.

Hi Girls!!

I'm back in NYC, a little sad about leaving my lovely family in Lima, they feel in love with Sofia so fast the good thing is thta Silvio promised me that next January I'll be going back for 1 month so that helped alot, I'll let them recover from Hurricane Sofia.

It's really cold in here,Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I missed the warm weather, we are getting used again to our routine, thankgodness last night Sofia slept like an angel.

Chrissy@ Prunes!!! you can buy the gerber Prune dessert it works great

Nessa@ I 've been brushing Sofia's teeth since she got the first two,she loves it, she laughs histerically, I use the Orajel tooth paste (Elmo) and for the crib I bought the crib protectors from BRUS but she learned how to take them out and she plays with them

Uh, Charles .... wait til he starts POOPING in the tub!!!

@ Chrissy - We used to give Declan the Gerber prune dessert also (like Vi said) ... worked wonders.

So, Declan got the orange out of our fruit bowl, which was in the middle of the kitchen table. The orange is now missing and I can't find it anywhere! Really hoping that I don't find a moldy orange weeks from now, hidden somewhere.

@U/S peepee talk :P - when the tech showed us the baby's gender, it didn't really look like a ####### but more like a little turtle shape, which she said is the typical boy shape. This turtle shape included #######, testicles, #######, etc...maybe that's why it looks so big to you, because it includes other parts, not just the #######?

Sebas starting to sit

Our granddaughters' first word was not one word, but two, "thank you", that is so cute and she is so precious.

Aww. how cute. I remember my little one would say thank you but he pronounced it "keetu"...lol...

Caro: omg Sebas is so cute! I have this irresistible urge to pinch his cheeks...lol...

Hi Everyone...its been a long time since I posted last...I usually just read these days. Love seeing all the pictures...all the babies are getting so big.

Well I was looking to get some help on introducing food into my babies diet. We are waiting til she is 6 months old but that is just a couple weeks away and I wanted to try and get things all figured out first. I am still exclusively breastfeeding so I guess that is the part I am unsure of. Do you replace a nursing session with food? Nurse then feed? Feed then nurse? Any insight would be so helpful. Thanks :D
