Imageshack.com

I got everything up on Photobucket, but there's also bunch of other ####### there that I don't wanna bother making private, that's why I don't post a link here

I'll figure it out tonight eventually. Even if it takes 3 more glasses of Hennessy (yeah, sorry, that's my coping mechanism/sleep aid)

I'm working with Smirnoff, it's all good. Imageshack makes it's really easy man. Upload and you have a link to post it here. Super easy. One link, one image.

Shawn, I've been self-medicating for two months now lol. Daria is afraid for my liver

It's just nothing I can do to dull the pain of being apart. Sh!t, I know it'll be over in a couple of months. I know there's no effing way we can be denied a visa, especially when I will be there with 5 kilos of relationship proof, but all this wait is just making me go nuts slowly.

Oh, and I'm f-ing with Photobucket now to make a new album and make it viewable for everyone, just figured posting in "My Photos" would be easier. Just thought that since I frequent this board so much, people might as well take a look of who this "monkey" (yes, that's what our screen name is hehe) is.

I feel your pain, Brutha. The only time the "wagon" roles by and doesn't stop by my place is when we're together.

I see your photos! I will look at them shortly, as soon as I'm done with my canned corned beef sandwich...

Yeah, I hear that. Then again. This is a journey... every journey has it's due date, even if we don't know it :)

I am very happy that yours is almost over :) Ours, well, I think couple more months and that suffering will end too

Due or expiration, as long as it gets done before or by then, it's all good.

And I've never seen Mr. Depp looking more hot than an as a wax figurine. Oh, and the rest of the picture cast looks good too! Haha.

Next thing you know both you and your wife are sitting at home watching "Troy" and both ogling Brad Pitt's a$$ :P

fun stuff aside though

I can somewhat start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. We are 2.5 months almost after NOA1. 2.5 more and I think we'll be there. After that it's a fast lane with Kiev.

You guys should be reunited waaaaaaaaay before we even get our NOA2. I expect an AOS posting from you by the time we get our NOA2!!!

Yeah.. Everyone would think that... *sigh*... Anna wants to finish her PHD in economics before she comes over. Who am I to tell her it's not worth it, I am trying though. It might not be worth it with the way college credit equivalents are measured over here though.

If we go the way "things" are going, she could be here VERY quick... I am just waiting on her own schedule now.

But she's worth it. :)

But she's worth it. :)

And that's the key phrase.

I can't believe I am saying this, but I am glad that our petition is taking longer than 2-3 months it used to take in VSC (looks like 5 now, so meh). She's studying English, going to a driving school (lasts until April) and things are moving along in that direction. I also have time to find another job and stuff.

I like to look at life the way that: "everything that happens is meant to happen that way".

P.S. I remember, when I posted my first thread about sending my petition, it was someone (mox or slim) cautioning me from going to progress forums...holy #### man..those people are like toddlers...

I actually feel for you being you're at the VSC.... I was expecting our own petition to take around 2 weeks longer.. but it didn't. Ack! Ok, call IRS, call the bank! I hope you all get yours soon!

I'm fortunate with Anna. She'd been here 3 times previously to work via the J-1 visa, plus she owns her own car in RU, scary, but she can navigate that sh!t. I wouldn't trust her USA circumstances with my second love, my truck, but I'm saving up to get her her own "beater with a heater" once she gets here.

Mine is getting a Tiguan just because I WANT ONE dammit!!! So that way I can pawn off my Rabbit on her lol

I'm a big VW fan (German made only though).

But yeah, at this point, I'm so numb to the slow VSC processing that I can't even bring myself to look at timelines anymore. It will happen when it happens, and I fully expect it to take 5-6 months.

For now, I'm just gathering all my tax transcripts (including this year). Not sure if I even wanna bother with the bank, my assets there are not gonna matter since I clear the 125% poverty by a good margin.

She's getting her police certificate now and we'll be ready to go.

The biggest problem is that my contract runs out in May hehe and no idea if they'll extend it :)

Just figure out if her university is accredited internationally, and that should answer the question... she should be doing between 57-60+ hours to get a Ph.D. If her university degree counts in Europe, it should count here. Places to be worried about are like Egypt, which has lost all accredidation in its universities. I have never heard of an issue with teh Ukraine, but I've never worked with any Ukranians yet to know. i know Russians are fine as far as I can tell since I've dealt with them and their degree transfers by proxy.

I'm waiting for that to kick in. ;) I hear about it all the time.

It will stop eventually. I used to be pretty mad because I was always guessed as 13-15 when I was 18-24. It gets old when people think you're not old enough to do anything, including drive and speak to you as if you have some sort of mental deficiency. Once I got to be 24, I got guessed more at 17-19, which was more helpful, but still a bit annoying when people would give you a hard time about academics vs. your age and not take you seriously. After about age 22 though, I settled on the idea that people were idiots, which after had me having no faith in anyone, ever. This led to the eventual attitude of not caring what anyone thought about anything, since their thoughts were likely incompetent anyway. Hold hope-- she will probably reach this point :) Then, she will stop complaining and maybe even reverse her position. Now I am guessed at 21-23. I am 32 and wondering ####### happened to the guesses of 18, and thinking I need to do something about this. Seriously, my colleagues had a birthday party for me January and someone said I had just turned 21. They believed it (I'm new there) and even put it on a cake. It was... awkward... and I had to pull out my Driver's license to prove otherwise. Good times. Good times. If I had seen it was on a cake, I would never had said anything when someone congratulated me!
