Hi Everyone :)

I just want to thank Visajourney and all of you guys for answering all my questions everytime i post questions. VJ has been a very great help. Me and my husband had our AOS interview last January 25, 2010. It went so smooth... the IO was very nice. The whole interview was very pleasant... we brought 2 photo albums and IO didn't even asked for them:)

I hope and pray that all who will have their AOS interview will have a pleasant interview as the one we had... Actually my case was denied 'cause we missed our interview date but by God's grace we were able to re-open it even without a lawyer. We actually did the whole process starting from my K3 visa without a lawyer, just researching here in VJ has been a very great help. We made infopass appointment and explained to officer why we missed interview and in 1 month he called back and said that case has been re-opened, what a blessing...

I am forever grateful for VJ and everyone here for all your help... God bless you guys and more power:)

Yes the officer asked me if I'm already working. I recently got a job so I said yes and he asked for my letter of emplyment. So if youa re working, bring original and copy of your letter of employment. IO will take the copy not the original... Hope this will help you...

My AOS interview is in (2) hours. I am collecting unemployment insurance as my sole means of showing an income. I have prepared an affidavit letter of support. which identifies my cash assets, which are 4x more the required amount needed in my case. I've read others who have been approved in cases like mine, asked and not asked about their employment, and eveything in between. So. I'll be keen to let everyone know what happens. I can't believe I'm the only one in this situation.
