g-325a question

Hello everyone. I am in the process of completing the documents to file the I129f. I have a question concerning the new G-325A which requires only one copy be sent. My question is: when my fiancee completes the part of the form which ask about her mother and father, is it o.k. for her to write (unknown) in the space that ask for her father's birthdate.? I know on the old G-325a form it asked ( if known) but on the new one it doen'st say this.

IF the information is unknown then writing 'unknown' is acceptable to write on this form

Can you please clarify, "one copy",? Does only the beneficiary need to complete the g-325A? Just getting started here so I apolgize for the simple question, but this is THE best site for all the answers? Thanks
